The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file you registered with. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship. Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.
