Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made 2 days post Auction, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds and Bidder will be barred from bidding at future Auctions. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged!
