BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:30 pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping Available on Toys ONLY!! LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, August 8th from 1:00 - 3:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for the items. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Kirk Nichols, a long time resident of North Platte, NE passed away back in April. Kirk had a wide array of hobbies and interests and was a very avid collector in many, many things including antique tools, especially wood planes, stamps, coins and collector toys. Due to Kirk's large collection of all these items we will be having several auctions for the family to sell these collections. This first auction will consist of hundreds & hundreds of toys. Many of them collector cars, coin banks and construction equipment. Plus several Nascar collector cars & collectibles. There are also other items from Kirk's collections of old cameras, post office items, Santas and there is also some nice furniture, household items and antiques on this auction. This is a large auction with almost 700 Lots.
