Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Christian County, Illinois TERMS & CONDITIONS: 10% down at close of auction. Balance due and possession at closing on or before Thurs. Sept. 22, 2022. Buyer will be required to enter into a written contract at the close of the auction. Advanced Title Group of Taylorville, IL will handle all title work and closing.
