  • Property will sell 40 taxable acres times the bid.
  • Your bid is not subject to financing or contingencies
  • Interested parties must register to bid, then contact Spencer Auction Group at 712-644-2151 and provide a bank letter of credit showing ability to purchase.
  • Final bid is subject to the Sellers approval before 5pm on July 18th, 2022.
  • If final bid is accepted, buyer shall place a 10% non-refundable earnest deposit in blair title trust account, where it will be held until closing.
  • Seller will provide an updated abstract.  Buyer to provide a title opinion by the attorney of buyers choice.  Seller and Buyer will pay normal closing costs associated with closing a real estate transaction.
