Example: if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 pm receives a bid at 5:58 pm, the close time will automatically extend to 6:03 pm. These are very heavy and are located in the back porch area of the home. Removal of items, moving, packaging, loading, transporting, shipping and shipping preparation are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Item Transportation: The auction company must be notified via phone or email of any items that cannot be picked up on an auction pickup day. The auction company may not be able to accommodate alternate pickup dates and times. Alternate pickup times may be subject to additional fees to the buyer.
