We are starting something new. Please bring your state Id with you. At checkout, you will be given a blue paper with the location of your items. You will go by yourself to find items but will leave your state id at check out. We will mark your items as you take them to your car and give you your state id back once you are finished. Please bring boxes to pick up. You will need your own help to load. There will be an 18% buyer's premium. You are welcome to pay with cash or a card day of check out. If you bid on an item and you do not pick it up on pick up day you forfeit, the item and it will be left up to the seller or auctioneer what happens to the item. At this time you will be permanently blocked from bidding with Gooch Auction Group LLC and HiBid. There will be a 100-dollar fine for every cold check. If your card is declined we will be charged an extra 20 dollars. If you buy something and decide you do not want everything in the lot, you still have to take it. If you leave stuff there will be a 100-dollar fine for us having to dispose of the items. PICK UP: Purchased items will be available for pickup There will be NO ITEM PICKUP on the date the auction ends. WE DO NOT SHIP!! AUCTION END TIMES: Gooch Auction Group, LLC On-line Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. Gooch Auction Group, LLC On-line Auctions also has an auto-extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:05.The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5-minute time frame.
