A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item. The credit card you register for the auction with will be the card charged for any winning bid and all fees associated with winning bid(s) Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of items from the building where the items are located on removal day. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction.  The sellers will not be offering shipping on any items sold. All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies or guarantees of useablity for individual items, and no warranty is expressed or implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold.
