Contents in the Auction: A 15% buyer’s premium and applicable tax will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item.

The contents/property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies and no warranty is expressed or implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold.

Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction.
