Listing Terms and Conditions
This sale is to help raise funds for the Taylorville FFA Livestock Judging Team that was named the Reserve Champion Team at the National Western Livestock Judging Contest in Denver Colorado. This team will be traveling to Edinburg, Scotland to compete at the Royal Highland Livestock Judging Contest in June. They will be representing the United States at this World competition. This once in a lifetime event is an incredible opportunity, but will cost $50,000 for this group to attend. We are very thankful for your bids and support in this fundraiser. We are happy to assist with shipping if you do not live near Taylorville however, additional fees may apply. DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Cory Craig, Auctioneer, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Cory Craig, Auctioneer. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Christian County, Illinois This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding Cory Craig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Cory Craig, Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Cory Craig, Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Cory Craig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing.
