The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship. Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Pickup Date: Wed. Dec. 29th 1:00 till 6:30pm you need to have our items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Shipping is available on smaller items only! Lots Paid for, but not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time will be shipped at Buyers Expense & charged to CC on file. After 3 Days any Unpaid items left, or too big to ship, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.
