Property will sell 113.81 acres times the bid. Buyer must register to bid, then submit a bank letter of credit to our office by contacting 712-644-2151 prior to bidding approval. Acceptance of Bids: Your bid is not subject to financing. All interested bidders must submit a bank letter of approval to Spencer Auction Group prior to bidding. Seller shall have until 5pm on November 29th, 2021 to accept or reject the final bid on the farm. If final bid is accepted, buyer will sign a purchase agreement and place a 10% non-refundable earnest in the Kohorst Law Firm Trust Account, where it will be held until closing. Possession: Buyer will receive Landlords Possession at closing. Buyer to receive full possession 3/1/2022 and full farming rights for the 2022 crop year.
