All bidders must register and submit a bank letter of credit prior ot bidding approval. Your bid is not subject to financing.  Bidders must go to www.spencerauctiongroup.com and click on the Online Auction Link.  Register to bid online, then contact the office at 712-644-2151 to submit a bank letter of credit.  

In the Event that the auction is disrupted for any fault of the auction software or website, the Sellers reserve the right to suspend and reschedule the auction.  Any updates after the day of bid opening shall be emailed to registered bidders.

Sellers shall have until 5pm on August 30th, 2021 to accept or reject the final bid on the auction. If final bid is accepted, buyer shall immediately sign an purchase agreement, and place a 10% non-refundable earnest deposit by wire transfer in the Kohorst & Fischer Law Firm Trust Account.
