If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping available only on a select few items. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, June 21st, 2:00 - 4:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. Stan and Carmen Goodwin of McCook, NE have sold their home and are moving to Kearney. They have lived in their home 40 years and are downsizing for their move.
