We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:30pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. However - we are willing to work with your shipper at your expense. Please message us for more info! LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, December 1st from 10:00-12:00 pm CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Kenny has moved to a local nursing home and he and his family have decided to put his home up for sale. In order to sell his home he needs to remove all of his items.
