There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. We accept payment by cash or approved check. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

BOX DEALS at 3:30 p.m. Regular auction begins at 4:00 p.m. We sell good box deals the second Saturday of every month, from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. Followed by our regular General Merchandise auction. Our box deals are not junk! You will find plenty of good stuff and a few treasures in these boxes. Our General Merchandise auction begins promptly at 4 p.m. and includes furniture, tools, housewares, art, antiques, collectibles - all the things you expect at a good auction. We have a large comfortable building, a fantastic concession stand, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. Everyone is welcome!
