From Wheeling, take Rt. 88 on Fairmont Pike. After passing Mountaineer Bar & Grill, turn left onto Carnahan Lane. Go approx. 1 mile, the property is located at the end of the lane. Watch for 'Behm’s Auction' signs.
We have been commissioned by the Lundin Trust to sell the following property to settle the estate of Ernest B. Lundin.
This home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, on a block foundation with full basement, situated on 9+ acres. There is also an efficiency apartment with separate entrance, and 3 storage buildings.
The home measures approximately 32’x46’ living area with 24’x24’ attached spacious 2-car garage.
