There is no guarantee or warranty that comes with any online auction item. Items are sold as is-where is with no warranty or guarantee. Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. We make no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 15%. -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is filed with us on or before the sale. -ON SITE PICK UP We DO NOT provide Customer with help, packing supplies, tools or equipment for removal and loading of Customer's item(s). Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property. -SHIPPING We offer in-house shipping on items unless the description states: "NO SHIPPING - PICK UP ONLY." Any requests for shipping MUST be received within 24 hours of auction closing. We require payment via PayPal for the invoiced amount of your auction items. Once the items are paid in full, we will start the shipping process and a second invoice for the shipping and handling costs will be sent via Paypal. Handling costs will be calculated at 20% of the shipping charge. Once the second invoice has been paid, we will send a paid invoice with the tracking number included in the email. Normal shipping time is 7-10 days from the close of the Auction. -ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE Purchases left beyond deadline for pickup will be assessed a storage charge of $10.00 per day per lot unless other arangements have been made directly with the auction house. Any arrangements will be confirmed in wirting by the auction house. Purchases not removed within 14 days will be forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to resell any items left on premises for more than 14 days.
