By accepting the terms and conditions of this auction, you are entering into a binding contract. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 5% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. If you are the highest bidder on any item(s), a $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card for each item won after the bidding has ended and balance is due within 48 hours of auction close. Property removal extensions may be approved by the State of NH upon request from the customer. The State of NH will notify the successful Bidder if such extensions are granted. Seller is NOT responsible for providing tools or heavy equipment to aid in removal.
