Condition: All of the items in this auction are in "new - open box" condition unless stated otherwise in the descriptions. Most of the TV's have been used as display units and we do have boxes for them even if the boxes are not pictured. If we do not have boxes it will say so in the description. We have attempted to verify and test working condition of items that are not new in box but no guarantee is being made as to the condition of the items, that items work, or that accessories/manuals are present. Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. A 3% Convenience Fee will be added for all credit card transactions. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. The credit card will be checked for available credit of at least $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring cash or check to pickup. If payment arrangements are not made within 48 hours then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. If items are not picked up or shipping arrangements made by the end of the pickup period they will be returned to the seller and no guarantee will be made as to their availability after the end of the pickup period. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction and before any items are removed from the auction site or before they are shipped. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on October 17 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of four lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction on any particular item the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional one minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyers expense. If you wish to have items shipped we will deliver them to the local UPS store for a fee of $2 per lot. You will then be responsible for paying the UPS store directly for packaging and shipping charges. Please be advised that many of the items in this auction are large, heavy, or fragile and packing/shipping may be quite expensive. If you wish to have items shipped you must notify us by Thursday Oct 18th at 5:00 PM.
