The auctioneer has no solid information until auction begins. Terms and conditions as follows: 1. No smoking on premises 2. CASH ONLY and must have cash at the time of win 3. $100 deposit you will get back after everything is moved out (seems to vary from location to location so check with manager at each individual site). 4.
