PICK-UP Items paid for during designated pick up time and picked up after pick up time will be subject to a minimum $5.00 per day storage fee. Items paid for and picked up after the designation pick up time will be subject to a minimum $10.00 per day storage fee. If you are unable to pick up (or send a designate to pick up) during the pick up dates and times, you WILL be assessed a storage fee of $5.00/DAY or $10.00/DAY for each day (or portion thereof) until your items are picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Winning bidders are solely responsible for removing their won lots. Before bidding, be sure you can pick up your item(s) at the designated time and location. All items shall be removed from our premises at the purchaser's expense during the designated pick up date and time. Unclaimed lots will remain the property of New Beginnings. At the scheduled closing date and time of a sale, lots will begin to close one lot at a time with 30 seconds between each lot closing. When an item receives a bid with less than three (3) minutes remaining until closing, the close time will be reset to three (3) minutes from the time that bid is placed and will continue to reset to three (3) minutes with each newly placed bid. The item will not close until three (3) minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. PAYMENT Payment must be received by the close of the last scheduled pick up date and time. Payment can be made online or at time of pick up. Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, or cash. All bidding and purchases are in U.S. Dollars. A 18% buyer's premium will be added to the successful bids. Cash Buyers receive a 3% discount on the BP (15% BP on cash payment). Shipping fees will be charged separately from your invoice once the cost is determined. No items may be removed until payment is made in full. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added unless the buyer has provided a signed Sales Tax Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate for this auction.
