Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Documents: a) All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. Out of state buyers will be required to have any and all guns shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer. Please note the location. This property is just North of the Everton Southern Baptist Church Auction Starts: August 28, 2018 Auction Preview: September 11, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm Auction Closes: September 13, 2018 starting at 6:30 pm Auction Pick up: September 15, 2018 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm all items need to be picked up on site. A skid loader will be available during scheduled pickup to help load some of the heavier items.
