MUST PRE-REGISTER IN THE FRONT OFFICE!! This auction will include about 29 vehicles. Viewing will be available on Wednesday, before the auction from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The list is attached. (SPECIAL NOTE: SOME VEHICLES ARE BEING SOLD ON TITLE, if an individual buys the vehicle we will process the deal at the Secretary of State before you can take the vehicle.) TERMS AND CONDITIONS · All bidders must pre-register in the front office; get a bidder number; and pay a $100.00 cash deposit. The deposit will be applied to any successful bid or returned after the completion of the auction. · Full payment must be made by Friday, August 31st at 4:00 PM.(NO EXCEPTIONS) · Payments may be made with cash, cashier's check, or business check. Checks should be made payable to Complete Auto & Truck Parts, Inc. No personal checks will be taken and no credit cards will be accepted. · Purchases will not be allowed to leave the auction area until the auction has been completed, all paperwork processed, and final payment received. Once the auction has started no bidder deposits can be refunded until after the auction has ended. · Individuals purchasing a vehicle from the auction as follows: (SEE LIST FOR SPECIFIC CARS) -On a TR-52 will be given a TR-52 after the vehicle is fully paid for. The individual must take the TR-52 to the Secretary of State and make application for title. Bring the application receipt back to our facility. Then and only then will the buyer be allowed to remove the vehicle from our facility. -On a TITLE will have to sign an RD108 (application for title) here in the Office and pay the sales tax and title fee (and optional plate fee and recreational pass) when they make final payment. Staff at Complete will process the deal at the Secretary of State(SOS). After that process is complete you will be allowed to take the vehicle. Please note that due to regulations with the SOS it may take 3 - 5 business days before the paperwork is processed and the vehicle cannot leave until then. (storage fees start the day after the deal is done.) · Dealers purchasing a vehicle from the auction today will be given a completed TR-52, or Title after payment is made in full and the dealer waiver is completed. · No vehicle purchased by an individual will be removed from our facility until ownership is transferred. · Complete Auto & Truck Parts is open 8 AM till 4 PM, Monday through Friday for handling of auction paperwork. · Any purchase not removed by 4:00 PM Tuesday, September 4th, is subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee. (Unless we are delayed due to the number of deals the Secretary of State will process for us in a day) · Complete Towing will tow any passenger vehicle with a standard tow to anywhere in the City of Flint for $45.00 · No Buyers Premium will be charged.
