Auctioneer’s note: The auction will be conducted LIVE from the Medina Hawkins Market building located at 233 Lafayette Rd. Medina, Ohio 44256 and SIMULCAST via BIDWRANGLER online bidding. We are happy to offer online/simulcast bidding for bidders who cannot physically attend the live auction event. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller shall be responsible for any failure of any electronic or internet systems to accept or register a bid. Registered bidders must create a password that prevents others from using their account. Bidders are responsible for ALL bids placed under their name and password. While the auctioneer is receiving bids from an assembled audience, the auctioneer is also taking bids from bidders who are bidding through the third-party providers in real time or by advance bidding. Following the auction, the successful bidders are notified and payment arrangements are made; a 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the contract price. Down payment in the form of wire transfer is expected within 24 hours after hammer drops.
