DIRECTIONS: Bob Korando lives on top of Campbell Hill Grade by the water tower on Rt. 4 between Ava and Campbell Hill. Watch for signs
AUCTIONEER NOTE: The real estate will sell at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 13th. The property consists of 11 +/- acres with some woods, a large yard and lake. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a full basement. The pole barn is 40 ft. by 60 ft. with a concrete floor & over head door. There is a 3% Buyer’s premium on the real estate only. For inspection of the property please contact Steve McGriff at 618-534-7573 for an appointment.
This will be four days of outstanding items each day. Bob was an avid collector and serious hunter and fisherman. We will be selling two rings parts of each day. We will sell things that are listed below on the days designated, but please bare with us because of the large selection of items. We have taken many pictures so please check them out on McGriff’s Auction and Lehde’s Auction websites and Auction zip.
