Removal of Purchases: Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to restore/repair all real or personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of the removal. Purchases must be removed from the premises in the time allocated as announced and/or posted by the Auctioneers. Garlic City Auction reserves the right to charge the purchaser for the costs of storage and/or disposal beyond the removal period. Items not picked up in the time allocated will be considered abandoned. NO purchases may be removed until after the conclusion of the sale. No claims of any kind shall be allowed for any item not removed or after an item has been removed by the purchaser. Garlic City Auction, seller and/or advertising agents will not be held responsible for advertising inaccuracies or discrepancies. Prospective buyers are advised that Garlic City Auction does not guarantee the accuracy of description or condition of the subject property. Prospective buyers are urged to inspect all items, deductions will not be allowed on damaged goods since everything is sold "as is" and without recourse. No advice or information, whether written or verbal, obtained by a prospective buyer from Garlic City Auction shall create any warranties or responsibility for items purchased. The purchaser hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold Garlic City Auction and seller harmless from any future claim which shall pertain to the fitness or use of the item being purchased. Limitations of Liability: For any reason whatsoever, an item purchased cannot be delivered, the buyer waives liability on the part of Garlic City Auction and further agrees that any obligation of said item is limited to the bid and paid for price of item. Persons attending the auction preview, sale, or removal assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify Garlic City Auction and sellers from liability. Garlic City Auction and/or seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Vehicles: Garlic City Auction is not responsible for any penalties on past-due registrations or smog compliance certificates. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to check all vehicles for plates/tags, smog devices, and/or any defects.

SUNDAY AUCTION on-line bidding On line absentee bidding is enabled for those who cannot attend the auction. The Auctioneer will download internet bids and use online bids against the LIVE in person bidders. Online bidders: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BID ONCE THE ONLINE BIDDING CLOSES, so please place your maximum bid. Here is an example. Online bidding on a lot #231 is at $1000.00, but he really bid $10,000. The $10,000 bid is kept private. Online bidding closes. The Auctioneer downloads the bids. When lot #231 is on the Auction block, the Auctioneer will start at $1000.00 (or the highest bid the Auctioneer receives) and will now ask the LIVE in PERSON bidders for the next bid. If no one bids, then you win at $1000.00. If someone bids $1250.00 then the Auctioneer will bid on your behalf the next bid increment, $1500. If no one bids again, then you win at $1500. The Auctioneer will bid on your behalf until he has reached your limit of $10,000. I hope that helps.
