We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card for items paid for at our location. By default, your items will be charged to the credit card provided. If you'd prefer to pay in a different way, please contact us on the next business day to arrange other payment.
15% buyers premium and 5% GST applies to ALL sales
All ITEMS are sold "as is" and where is. And lie at the purchaser's risk immediately Rick's Auction does not guarantee nor warranty any item.
The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have
Satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity & authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds.
In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk & expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each & every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises.
The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser.
Items must be picked up by Friday August 31 at 4:00 pm or they will be disposed of.

Rick's Auction will be selling a large amount of office/retail related furniture. We are accepting absentee bids online and these items will be sold live on site August 22 at 6pm. You must pick up your purchase by August 31.
