By Georgia Law, any vehicle that does not have a current valid passing emissions test certificate, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be sold to an individual living in an emissions county.
NO VEHICLES INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR EMMISSIONS.
NO VEHICLE INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION WILL BE SOLD TO AN INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN ONE OF THE THIRTEEN EMISSIONS COUNTIES.
Vehicle emissions testing is required annually in the 13 metro Atlanta counties in Georgia (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale County) for motorists to complete their vehicle registration. Pickup/Removal Deadline
We recommend that all items be removed from the auction site the day of the event, unless other arrangements are made. All purchased items must be removed from the sale site by Sunday, September 10th, 2018 by 12:00 PM. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the auction company for resale at a later time.
Payment Terms
13.5% Buyer’s Premium Auction. $50.00 Administrative fee per vehicle purchased. Cash & Checks. All Personal & Company Checks must be made to Evans Auctioneers, Inc and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. NO Cashiers Checks will be accepted. Visa, MasterCard & Discover accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction and items should be removed from the auction site the day of the event, unless other arrangements are made.

From Atlanta: Take I-85 South to I-185 South (Columbus, GA Exit). Take I-185 to Columbus, GA. Take Exit 1B (Victory Dr. / US-27 North). Merge onto Victory Drive. Continue on Victory Drive for approx. 5 miles. At the intersection of Victory Drive and Veterans Parkway, the Columbus Civic Center will be on the left. Turn left into the Columbus Civic Center parking lot. Watch for parking signs.
