Mr Coker was born in Tennessee in 1935. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in the Tennessee National Guard. He retired from BE&K Construction. Bob learned to fly air planes while he was in the Army. He enjoyed flying and he was also a classic car enthusiast. He belonged to the Antique Automobile Club of America and the Buick Club of America. Bob loved, collected and restored some rare and unusual cars and he participated in the "Great Race" with some of them.
Featured Items will be: 1955 Buick Century Prototype car: First 4 door hard top Buick built. Series 68 and became Series 63 in production. Completely restored and it's a AACA Senior award winner!. VIN # 2667341
1955 Buick Century Convertible: Ground up restoration to factory specifications. 1st runner up Charlotte April 2013 and AACA National winner in 2014, VIN # 6B1086205
1955 Buick 2 door hardtop: Bob has owned this car since 1997 and was driven in two Great Races. Frame up restoration on a no rust car. Paint code shows different color, original mileage is shown, added electric fuel pump and windshield wiper motor. Has original interior, replacement carpet and only needs a firewall pad.
