All merchandise must be paid for in full prior to the removal of any items. Payment: Coach House Auctions will accept email bank transfers, Visa and/or MasterCard for absentee bids. Placing an absentee bid with Coach House Auctions constitutes the bidder's agreement to have Coach House Auctions charge all purchases, applicable premiums and taxes to the absentee bidder's credit card and said charge may not be reversed. The absentee bidder's name and the name on the credit card must be one and the same. Coach House Auctions may, at their sole discretion, require a bank transfer on certain purchases. Purchases: Coach House Auctions will not be responsible for any merchandise left on the premises longer than fifteen (15) days after the auction date, even if said merchandise has been paid in full. Coach House Auctions reserves the right to resell the merchandise and any monies paid by the previous buyer will be retained by Coach House Auctions as compensation. Pick Up and Shipping: If items need to be shipped, Coach House Auctions will deliver any purchases, as soon as possible, to the UPS Store in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC. This service is provided free of charge however, Coach House Auctions has no control over the fees charged by UPS, and all items will be shipped complete with insurance to cover both the purchase and the shipping costs. Shipping fees are not determined by the purchase price and may exceed the purchase price in some cases. Please contact UPS if a quote is needed prior to bidding on items. In certain cases, Canada Post may be used but please check with us in advance. Please bring help with you if you will need assistance to help you move heavy furniture. Pick up is on the day of the auction by 4pm. We will also be open for pick up on Monday after the sale from 9am - 12pm. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements for pick up. Auctioneer's Discretion: The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding in such a manner as he/she may decide, to withdraw any lot, and in the case of error or dispute, and whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to reoffer and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. In the case of a tie bid, the floor bid will take precedence, followed by the earliest online bid. Pick Up and Shipping: If items need to be shipped, Coach House Auctions will deliver any purchases, as soon as possible, to the UPS Store in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC. This service is provided free of charge however, Coach House Auctions has no control over the fees charged by UPS, and all items will be shipped complete with insurance to cover both the purchase and the shipping costs. Shipping fees are not determined by the purchase price and may exceed the purchase price in some cases. Please contact UPS if a quote is needed prior to bidding on items. In certain cases, Canada Post may be used but please check with us in advance. Please bring help with you if you will need assistance to help you move heavy furniture. Pick up is on the day of the auction by 4pm. We will also be open for pick up on Monday after the sale from 9am - 12pm. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements for pick up. Auctioneer's Discretion: The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding in such a manner as he/she may decide, to withdraw any lot, and in the case of error or dispute, and whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to reoffer and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. In the case of a tie bid, the floor bid will take precedence, followed by the earliest online bid.
