IMPORTANT: All buyers must pick up their winning items during the scheduled times (8-27-18 between 2pm and 5pm), as this is not our office, this is a private home and we must be out by 5pm on Monday, August 27. If you are not able to pick up, have someone come for you or pay for shipping. No exceptions and no alternatives. All items are sold AS-IS without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. A 10% Buyers Premium is added to the final bid price on each item to determine final selling price. For example, an item with a final bid price of $100 will have a final selling price of $110. All items must be picked up within the designated Load Out times on August 27, 2018. Any items not picked up will be left at the auction premises and relinquished to the Leist Auctioneers after 14 days from the date of auction pick up. The winning bidder's credit card will be charged the full amount regardless of whether they receive the items. All bidders failing to pick up their items during the designated load out times will be banned from bidding on future auctions. Bidders are responsible for determining quality and value of each item in the auction. Bidders will be provided a Preview date and time to view each item in person to assist in determining value and condition. PAYMENT: All items must be paid for by 5pm on August 27, 2018. Payment is accepted in cash, credit card or negotiable check. A 3% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions.
