All gun sales are non-contingent. You will pay first, and then we do the NICS check. If the NICS check comes back as "proceed", you can take possession of the gun; if the NICS check comes back as "delay", we will keep the gun until we are cleared to release it. If the NICS check comes back as "deny", we will re-sell the gun for YOU (owner). NOTE: Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL Dealers. We recommend inspecting all firearms.
