Firearms must be picked up in person at Walt Cade Auctions, Online Redemption Center, at 509 N Fredonia, Longview, Tx 75602, and must make an appointment. We do not ship firearms. Buyers will be subject to a mandatory background check for each auction at a cost of $10, though multiple firearms bought at the same time will require only one such check. The buyer will pay the cost of the background check as required. Valid identification will be required. Purchases must be paid in full prior to a background check being conducted. If a buyer fails a background check, the Auctioneer shall retain the firearms less a thirty-percent (30%) re-stocking fee. Your credit card will be charged automatically at auction close to the card on file. Should you choose an alternate method of payment please notify us immediately after the close of auction by calling 903-738-7821. Pick up after auction close within 48 hours, or make other arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is available, or, we will assist your agent in making arrangements for you to have your items packaged and prepared for shipment to you. If we ship we have a minimum $10 packaging and shipping charge in addition to postage charges. Shipping can be combined!
