If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.

Auctioneers Note: Fred & Inez were long time Ogema residents. Fred passed a few years ago and Inez has recently relocated to a smaller place in Wausau. She has sold her home and we are offering the interesting items, some of which were there when they purchased the property many decades ago. Fred was a WWII pilot and was a Massey Ferguson distributor.

The Stromboms were residents of Ogema for 50+ years. Fred passed some years ago; Inez has moved to a smaller place and is closing on their home in late July. Fred was a pilot in WWII. They owned a farm equipment shop in Ogema, among other businesses. They were very active in the community! The online auction begins ending at 7pm on Sunday July 22nd. The strict pick up is on Tuesday July 25th from noon to 5 pm at W5214 Hwy 86 Ogema, WI 54459. The home is closing on the 27th and it needs to be cleared.
