PAYMENT IS DUE TO DO-BID.COM/OBERFOELL AUCTIONEERS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE. YOUR PAID INVOICE WILL BE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE AND RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN THROUGH GOLD MINE CAMP SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

IF YOU CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 4 minutes). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

These Vacation Packages are selling "as is" condition without warranties, guarantees or representation of any, either expressed or implied. Neither Oberfoell Auctioneers/Do-Bid.com nor the Auction companies personnel shall be liable for any damages, rescission, reformation, allowance, or adjustment based on the failure of the property, appliances, square footage, floor plans, etc..., to conform to any specific standard or expectations.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to conduct his/her own independent Inspection, investigations, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the vacation packages offered for sale. Information is subject to verification by all parties relying on it. All information was derived from sources believed correct, but are not guaranteed.
