Auction Terms and Conditions: All Items will be Sold As-Is, Where Is, without Any Warranties of Any Kind. All Bidder's / Buyer's are Expected to make a Reasonable Inspection of any and all items before Bidding / Buying. After becoming the successful bidder on any item, all buyers are expected to maintain possession of the items they have bid on. Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen items. All Announcements Made the Day of Auction Will Supersede any Previous Printed or Electronic Advertising Material.
Payment Terms: We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID. We Also Accept Credit and Debit Cards as a form of payment. There will be a 4% Buyers Fee included with the use of Credit or Debit Cards, However those buyers who choose to pay with Cash or Approved Check the Buyer's Fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only.
Directions: From Garrison Avenue in Fort Smith, Ar. turn North on 2nd. Street go to "B" Street turn back West (Left), go across the Railroad Tracks to River Front Drive,(Clayton Expressway), Continue North on River Front Drive to North "H" Street, Turn East on "H" Street, Go To Ballman Rd. Turn Left on Ballman Rd and follow to the Auction Location. Auction Signs Will Be Posted.
