Welcome! ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. Enjoy the live audio chant of the auctioneers through your speakers when you tune in on June 13th beginning at 12 Noon ET. Can't listen live? Place your pre-bids now! Bid anytime, now through the sale of the last lot.
YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them.
PICKUP or SHIPPING: ITEMS ARE AT FOUR DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. Some lots are PICKUP ONLY; please note the LOCATION field for each lot. Prior to bidding on an item, please note whether shipping is available in the description. Furniture, tools, garage items, etc., are pickup only.
Rain or shine, pickup/removal days and times [lots 275+]:
Stroudsburg, PA [H] - SATURDAY, JUNE 16 from 10:00-11:30 AM
Stroudsburg, PA [G] - SATURDAY, JUNE 16 from 12:30-2:30 PM
Effort, PA - SATURDAY, JUNE 16 from 12:00-1:00 PM
Asian Collection [lots 1-152] is located in LAKE ARIEL, PA (Wayne County, PA). Pickup/removal day is SUNDAY, JUNE 17 from 10:00-12:00 PM.
Pickup in-person for any item is welcomed during these times. Your PRINTED invoice and ID are required. Winning bidders will receive the street address(es) of their items.
We will do our best to accommodate your pickup trip to one location, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please bring helpers and equipment to safely transport your winnings, as none will be provided. Items not picked-up by the close of the removal period are abandoned to the Auctioneer. No refunds will be processed. No exceptions.
Opening bids are LOW and do not reflect the value of any item. Photos are the description, please view them ALL prior to bidding on an item. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. Checks are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.
CREDIT LIMIT: Credit card purchases may not exceed $3,000. If the balance due exceeds this, the remaining balance (or balance in its entirety) may be paid via cash or check. No items will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank.
SHIPPING: Lots not noted PICKUP ONLY are shippable via The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA. These items will be delivered there by June 20. A UPS Store rep. will contact you directly for payment and timing when your package is ready. Please allow them time to process purchases for over 100 winning bidders.
