Day of the live auction online bidder's high bid will be the opening bid for the auction on Friday, June 1. The highest bid wins. Your bid can be outbid by an onsite live bidder, the day of the live auction. if your bid is not exceeded by a live onsite bidder you will win the lot. Personal property: Full settlement due prior to removal from the property and at the close of the auction. Vehicle title's will be available within 2 weeks, as the vehicle title's are being held by a finance company. Buyer's need to be aware that at the close of the auction Counts will settle w/ the finance company in order for title's to be released. This process will take at least 2 weeks.
