Our terms are approved check, cash and credit card. All payments made day of sale. Buyers Premium is 12% reduced to 10% for cash and checks. All items sold as is, where is, no resale or charge backs on credit cards. Building is open on Wednesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for pick up of all items sold at auction. If items are not picked up within two weeks after auction items will be resold at bidders expense.
