Once an item is sold, the item becomes the property and responsibility of the winning bidder. The Auction Firm does not assume any responsibility for missing or damaged items or lots following the sale of an item. 13. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full 14. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say 15. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary 16. Absentee, telephone and/or internet bids will be accepted if the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids. 17. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be thrown away. Should special circumstances be in play, please notify the auctioneer and/or auction house personnel prior to bidding. 18. If you are caught moving any item from one box/flat or table to another you will be asked to leave. Please leave the items where you found them. 19. If you are caught stealing any item from our seller you will be detained for the police and will be removed from the location and prosecuted to extend of the law. Online and Out of state Bidders for Absentee Bidding Terms and Conditions Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ABSENTEE BIDDING ONLY AUCTION EVENT Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Removal for this auction is Saturday June 16th unless winning bidders needs to make arrangements for June 17th only . Anything else you will forfeit the items. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up the items on this date and time stated. No other time or dates will be given unless arrangements are made PRIOR to Bidding. Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Make sure you bring your own boxing, wrapping and man power to remove your won items. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited. All winning Bids need to be paid at the END of the Live Auction. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of payment or removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR ITEMS ABANDONED. YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THOSE ITEMS. Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st item and $2.00 for each additional item. If you are out of State or need your items to be shipped you will be billed 2 times. Once at the end of the Live Auction for the items that you had won with your bids. Then within 24 - 48 hrs you will be charged another invoice/ Add on for the Handling and Shipping Charges. If for any reasons either of these charges fail you will be permanently banned until paid. However if the 1st charge fails you will forefit the items. All items will close at 12pm June 15th. So please make sure you have your MAX bid in prior to the close of the Absentee Bidding Time. BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or their fitness for any purpose. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is understood and agreed that the Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and shall in no case whatsoever be held liable by either party for the performance of any term or covenant of this agreement or for damages for non-performance thereof. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer, Auction Firm and Seller from any and all damages and claims of any type whatsoever caused by the removal of the item(s) purchased. The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Also there are 2 side streets that can be parked on and walked to location but dont recommend it.Pretty good distance and 1 side doesnt have sidewalk. Again recommend to park at the park square dr location. The Vehicle shuttle will be a compact SUV and will run back and forth from 1130 to whenever the auction is done. Please be patient we will get you and all your belonging moved. If you buy the big items or alot of the items please check with Check out about getting in line for pickup. Auction will be outside and inside the condo. Furniture will stay where they are until sold. We will be accepting Absentee Bids Online for only the ones that are listed online at this time. If you cannot make the auction you can place your max bids online for the items shown online or if you want to place for any other items pictured please email us and we will send you a form to fill out, we will be your proxy for you at the auction. However if you can make it , of course we would like to see you there. If you do make an Absentee Bid and show up we will still be your proxy to make sure it is fair for all of those that place an absentee Bid for just those items that you place the bid on. There will be many other items that are not online availble to bid on at the Live Auction Absentee bids will be accepted in the "Auction Catalog" link (the full auction can be viewed by clicking the "Auction Preview" link). During the live auction, the opening bid for an item will be the "High Bid," as of 12:00:00pm (Noon) on June15th, and a representative of Handline's Auctions will bid against the live audience, on your behalf, up to your maximum bid. If the high bid during the live event is less than your maximum bid then you win that item at that price. If the bidding by the live audience exceeds or equals your maximum bid than a guest of the live auction will be the winning bidder. Placing a Maximum Bid does not mean that is the price you will pay if you win the item. Your Maximum Bid is simply the price that the representative will stop bidding on your behalf during the live event. .
