AUCTION LOCATION:

Online Bidding Only. 408 Lawrence Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117

The antique store, Marketplace on Main of Ellwood City, PA, had been contemplating selling their second space (essentially used as overflow in addition to their primary location).  Word got out, as it is a desirable location, and that day they received a cash offer on it.  Hence, that building needs to be emptied fast!

Essentially, they handed me the keys just as it had been sitting and said "John, get to work".

Just about everything is clean and home-ready.  A mix of furniture and smalls, lot's of Victorian, Primitives / Country, even some Mid Century Modern.
