Lot:20 | 1937 GD Harley Davidson Servi Car, “Pringles”, a 1937 Harley Davidson servi-car, started her journey as a delivery vehicle for the Pringle family automotive business located in Mississippi. The Pringle family opened their automotive business in the early 1930s and the family has roots in the Alabama/Mississippi area beginning in the early 19th century. 

This servi-car is the 37-GD model, a large compartment with a 45ci flathead; this was the first year for a new 45ci engine design featuring a recirculation oil pump and styling. The original purchase price was $515. In 1937 only 112 were made!

“Pringles” starts easily, runs and rides; new tires and some other soft replacement parts however is extremely original.  State of Maine registration /transfer doc present, VIN: 37G2075

“Pringles” is looking to continue her journey!
