Sales tax of 7.25% is charged unless you have a sales tax id # on file with us.
All items are sold AS-IS where-is with no warranties or guarantees.
ALL items must be removed from auction premises within 24 hours or same day if announced (unless prior arrangements are made) or they will become property of the auction house.
A bid is a legal and binding contract, by signing up for a bid number you are entering into a legal contract. Once you are declared winner, you are responsible for the item. (You have to pay for it and load it)
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after purchase.
