All sales final, as is, where is. No warrantees, expressed or implied.
Physical inspection is encouraged. Buyer assumes all responsibility for bids, payment and use of merchandise.
Payment terms are cash, Credit or Debit through PayPal, or certifiied funds.
Funds must clear before pick up.
Invoices must to be paid within five days.
Once merchandise is paid for and picked up, buyer assumes all responsibility for merchandise, including its safe transportation and use.
Siskiyou Auctions is relieved of ALL responsibility of each item once it is paid for and leaves the auction site.
Buyer premium will be added to each winning bid unless noted at check in or registration for each auction.
Buyer premium will be posted before each auction and bidders will be required to accept buyer terms and conditions before being allowed to bid.
California residents pay 7.25% sales tax unless they provide a valid copy of their resale certificate.
Careful inspection is recommended before bidding. Preview times will be provided for inspection before or during each auction.
Bring help to load heavy or bulky items if you can. Equipment may be available to load extra heavy items, but not always.

Pickup of smaller items is in Yreka at location specified on invoice. 1 Test Lot Test bidding procedure here. 2 7 foot 3 Point Rankin Offset Disc Has some use. No breaks or welds detected. Discs in decent shape. Needs some bolt tightening. Located in Montague 3 Kubota Mower Deck RC72-38 Used some, but not much. Located in Hornbrook 4 Iron I-Beams One is 25 feet long. Two are 45 feet long. Located in Hornbrook 5 7 Foot Wide 3 point Offset Disc - Nearly New 3 point offset disc. Nearly new. Purchased at Big-R. Looks like it was used once and disconnected. Located in Hornbrook 6 Well Used Wood Stove Sold as scrap. Needs work. NOT recommended for home use. Could have other uses. South Yreka 7 Vintage Mixer Hit or Miss Engine For parts or rebuild. Crank turn freely. Carb and head intact. South Yreka 11 John Deere 310 D Backhoe 4x4 Extendahoe Extendahoe. Has some issues expected for a machine of this age. Starts, runs and operates. Small hydraulic leak at top of the boom. Has had some welding repairs. Could make a good ranch machine. Two extra hoe buckets included.
