Term and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid with a maximum buyers premium per item of $1,500. Sales tax will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (Visa Mastercard or Discover) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full the day of sale and items cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. All announcements made on the day of the auction by the auctioneer supersede any other previously announced or published materials.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

Mountain Valley Auction Group LLC is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Mountain Valley Auction Group LLC and its agents harmless regardless of opinion.
Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. All announcements made by the auctioneer on sale day take precedent over any printed material or previous advertising.

Auction starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday June 2 and is being held at 14025 Spottswood Trail Elkton, VA 22827. Directions: From Harrisonburg take Rt 33 East towards Elkton. The auction site will be between Myers Ford and the Elkton Fire Department. Watch for signs. Food Will Be Served Inventory List: Will be updated as items are consigned.
