All sales final, as is, where is. No warrantees, expressed or implied. Payment terms are cash, PayPal, credit /debit card or certifiied funds. Funds must be deposited into our account before item is picked up. Invoices are required to be paid in full within five days of the end of the auction. Once merchandise is paid for and picked up, buyer assumes all responsibility for merchandise, including its safe transportation and use.  Siskiyou Auctions is relieved of ALL responsibility of each item once it is paid for and leaves the auction site.  No items will be removed from auction site before payment is made in full. Buyer premium will be added to each winning bid unless noted at check in or registration for each auction.  Buyer premium will be posted before each auction and bidders will be required to accept buyer premium terms and conditions before being allowed to bid. California residents pay 7.25% sales tax unless they provide a valid copy of their resale certificate. Careful inspection is recommended before bidding. Preview times will be provided for inspection before or during each auction. Bring help to load heavy or bulky items if you can. Equipment may be available to load extra heavy items, unless stated otherwise. This is a reverse auction. We start bidding at higher estimates and work our way down if the auction ends with no bids. Then we roll the auction over for another week or other time frame at lower opening prices. We would like to start at a give away price but we just can't give our clients' equipment away. As our bidder base grows, we will be able to start everything at $5. When the auction rolls over, we will lower the price by a certain percentage to entice an opening bid. More bids can be added at any time just like a regular auction. One bid could buy the lot if there are no other bids. We are attempting to start each item at an estimated fair market value based on our previous marketing and comparable pricing research. We make every effort to accurately describe each item and point out obvious flaws or repairs. A well informed and fair market purchase makes happy customers and that is our goal for both buyers and sellers.
