Weekly Online Auctions will be open for bidding Tuesday nights at 8 pm and auction lots will start to close the following Tuesday night at 8 pm (soft close in effect so be online until your item closes or leave a max bid so the computer can bid for you dollar by dollar). We will be liquidating items online until the 13,000 square foot building until its empty and then will sell the actual 13,000 sq ft building (wood frame, wood trusses, covered in steel). Buyers of the building will need to have the building dismantled and removed at their own cost. Buyers will be given until October 1 2018 to have the building gone. Full payment is due on pick up.
