The properties are not listed in any particular order and the Auctioneer has the right to determine the order of the auctions. Full settlement is due at the conclusion of the auction for collectible cars. 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the high bid to determine contract sale price. 10% deposit due on the day of the auction with the balance due at closing within 30 days.
