At 6:30 PM, 160.57 acres, more or less, will be sold at the Holiday Inn, Bloomington, IN. This property will be offered in five tracts. TRACT 1 & 2 CAN BE COMBINED WITH EACH OTHER, BUT NOT WITH OTHER TRACTS. TRACT 3 CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER TRACTS. TRACT 4 CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER TRACTS.
